So, I'm really excited about today's post for day 27 of Chalkboard Nails 31 Day Challenge  2014, artwork. Honestly, I had a hard time choosing what to do for today's prompt because I love recreating works of art. In the end, I landed on one of Bansky's most famous pieces of graffiti featuring a girl reaching for a read balloon with the inscription, "There is always hope."

There's a Kerfuffle over the Herringbone

Now that my picture editor is working (sort of) again I'm backtracking to day 12 of Chalkboard Nails 31 Day Challenge 2014, stripes. Honestly, I drew a complete blank on this one for days because originally I had wanted to do a floral design underneath stripes as if looking through blinds. However, that's too much of an undertaking to put on and remove when I really want to enjoy such labored over nail art. Finally, I settled on nautical stripes with a twist, because I love everything nautical.

I've still got some back tracking to do, but I figured I might as well bring you today's prompt for Chalkboard Nails 31 Day Challenge 2014, some delicate. After racking my brain for over a week on what would be simply nail art for my toe nails that would require as little effort as possible it occurred to me, "Stamping." I was thinking flowers, twirly lines, etc.; and then I saw the prompt delicate and decided to go to my plates with only that in mind. The ending result, feathers!
