 Nail*ine It! accepts products for review from brands and public relations representatives. Receipt of a product, whether solicited or unsolicited, does not constitute a contract for a published review of the product. Nail*ine It! does not guarantee favorable reviews and does not do paid positive product reviews. I will only provide honest feedback to my readers.  All products received are deemed to be gifts or commercial samples for consideration only; and do not form a contract for a published, non-sponsored review. Review content will usually appear on the blog in the order it was received; however, if something is time sensitive please notified me and I will be honest about my ability to meet said time frame. Review content is not pre-approved by PR representatives or brands. The source of all provided products in posts will be clearly identified per FTC Guidelines (if unmarked, then item was purchased by me or a gift from a friend, not from the nail art community).

The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely mine. I will only endorse products or services I believe are worthy of such endorsement.  This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

Copywrite
My photos may be pinned and/or shared for personal use (this includes Share the Love), provided Nail*ine It! is properly credited (direct link must be present). any commercial use (e.g., swatch use on an e-tailer website for the purposes of selling product, display in marketing collateral such as brochures and websites, inclusion in professional blogs or publications, etc.) requires my expressed permission and appropriate credit. (If you ask, I'm likely going to say yes because it drive traffic back to my site.)

Under NO circumstances can the images on this site (or my affiliate sites) be altered. This includes covering or replacing the Nail*ine It! watermark, adding your own watermark, or making any other changes that cause the image to be unidentifiable as my work.
In regards to your images; I strive to give credit whenever due. Most images used on this site are photographed by me; but if/when I do use another source, I will include the appropriate markings and a link to the content online whenever possible.  If you are the owner of content you do not desire for me to use, please contact me and I will remove it as soon as possible.
